Processing Time

Processing time is typically14 business days for shirts and 14-21 business days for tumblers and other epoxy resin items.
Weekend & holiday orders will be processed on the upcoming business day. I do have a “RUSH” order option which is an additional $20 fee.​​

Returns & Exchanges

Since all items are custom made to order we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is defective. Once you receive the product you have 48 hours to inform us of any problems detected. We will then let you know how we can accommodate you on this issue. Thanking you in advance for your patience!

Shipping

Due to COVID 19, USPS is moving slower than usual with scanning & delivering items.
We are not held responsible for lost items, once your package is turned over and scanned to USPS. Please take any issues that may occur with them. Unfortunately, it is out of our control, however, we will do our best to assist you.  A tracking number will be sent with all orders.​​

Care Instructions

Tumblers & Shirts
Care instructions will be included. Hand washes only, Do not soak your, Do not microwave or use in the dishwasher, Avoid extreme temps. Please remember that these items are handmade and need to be treated with care. Shirts, please wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low heat, do not iron design, do not dry clean, and do not bleach.
